I suggest making an interesting chicken breast salad with cabbage and vegetables. Spicy, aromatic and very tasty! With soy sauce and lemon juice sauce, Asian style. The most important thing is not to dry out the chicken breast and finely chop the cabbage. Salting such a salad should be done carefully, do not forget about salted soy sauce and peanuts.

How to make

1. Prepare your ingredients.

2. Marinate the chicken fillet in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and one tablespoon of vegetable oil for 15-20 minutes.

3. While the chicken is marinating, finely chop the cabbage, add salt to taste, add paprika and mix well until the cabbage softens and turns pink.

4. Add fresh carrots, grated on a fine grater, to the cabbage. Pour the remaining soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar and a spoonful of vegetable oil over the salad. Mix well.

5. Add peanuts and chopped onion leaves to the salad. Squeeze the garlic. Stir again.

6. Remove the chicken fillet from the marinade and roll it in sesame seeds.

7. Pour the remaining spoonful of oil, add the chicken fillet when heated, fry until soft, gently turn over halfway through cooking. Cool the cooked fillet until just warm.

8. Place the salad in the middle of a large plate. Arrange the fried fillet, cut into pieces, around the edges. Serve immediately while the chicken is warm, it tastes better that way.
