For a cozy evening with my family, I suggest you make a great shrimp snack. On top there is a thin crispy shell of panko breadcrumbs, and inside there are tender, delicious shrimps, each on a skewer. You can make this appetizer using any shrimp, but we love medium-sized shrimp. It is best to make them with panko breadcrumbs, since from them the crust becomes softer and tastier. This baking mixture comes from Japan and is made from a special white bread. Cooking time depends on the size of the shrimp and whether they were pre-baked. For medium ones, 1-2 minutes is enough, and for larger and untreated ones, no more than 3 minutes. You can shrimp with a variety of sauces.
