Shrimp in batter can be prepared as a light snack, for example, at the beer table, or as an independent dish. Often we do not fry them, they are more of a delicacy. I offer my own option. I remember the recipe for shrimp when I want to pamper myself with something or when I am waiting for guests and want to make a tasty and beautiful dish for them. Shrimp will decorate any table in the dough. If it's a festive dinner, you can serve dry white wine, it will be very suitable for this snack. Enjoy your meal!

How to make

1. Defrost the shrimp, wash them well and peel them.

2. To give the shrimp a richer taste, marinate them for 10-15 minutes. For this marinade, add grated garlic to taste, a little salt and ground allspice to vegetable oil (preferably olive).

3. Prepare the dough in advance for baking shrimp. Pour beer or mineral water into the flour and beat the egg. The dough should look like pancakes. Let it stand a little so that the gluten swells. After the shrimp have marinated, dry them on a paper towel. Take the shrimp by the tail and dip them in the dough.

4. Put the shrimp in a pan heated with vegetable oil. They bake quickly, only for 2-3 minutes, otherwise they will become tough. The main thing is that the crust is browned.
