To prepare a snack, choose chips of the same size. The basis of the snack is cheese and eggs salad, adding tomatoes, herbs and garlic. As a result, we get the perfect combination - a crispy base and a delicate filling. This appetizer with chips should be prepared just before serving so that the chips remain crispy and do not soak from the salad.

How to make

1. Prepare your ingredients. Boil the egg in advance.

2. Cool and peel the egg, then grate on a fine grater and transfer to a plate. Also grate the cheese on a fine grater and add to the egg.

3. Rinse and dry the tomato, remove the core, as excess liquid will be released. Cut the sides of the tomato into cubes and put in a salad. Wash and dry the dill, chop finely and add to all the ingredients.
