My favorite chicken breasts salad. Chicken meat goes well with vegetables, namely: lettuce, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes and artichokes. I also put a little feta in it and sprinkle the salad with oil. Chicken for salads can be cooked, but I prefer fried meat, as it gets much more saturated. There are no problems with the choice of vegetables, if you want to add something else, you can safely experiment. Happy cooking!

How to make

1. Wash the lettuce leaves well, tear with your hands and put in a salad bowl.

2. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Add to the salad bowl.

3. Cut the pitted olives in half.

4. Now cut the red onion into half rings. Add to the rest of the ingredients. We also send a cucumber cut into rings.

5. We put together the artichokes.

6. Crumble feta cheese.

7. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken breasts on both sides until golden in it.
