Sweet delicious homemade kvass. Many do not like the smell of yeast, so you can make such kvass at home. Bring the water to a boil and make bread crumbs. Put everything in a jar. Let the kvass sour in the heat. Then strain and chill. After overcooling the resulting leaven, do not rush to throw it away. Add raisins, sugar and water again - and on the second day you will get an even tastier kvass. And so on until you get bored.

How to make

1. Put water on the fire, bring to a boil and cool to room temperature.
