													Italian bread Batardon demand

													Butter1 pc

													Garlic5 cloves (finely chopped)

													Garlic powder1 teaspoon

													Dried dill1 teaspoon
 - 
													Dried oregano1/2 teaspoon
 - 
													Dried basil1/2 teaspoon
 - 
													Cayenne pepper1 pinch

How to make
 - 
                                                    
1. Cut the bread in half lengthwise. Finely chop the garlic cloves. Put the butter and chopped garlic in a bowl. Melt in the microwave for about 1 minute until the butter is completely dissolved. - 
                                                    
2. Remove the bowl from the microwave and add garlic powder, dried dill, dried oregano, dried basil and a pinch of cayenne pepper to the butter mixture. -

3. Let the mixture stand for a while until it thickens again. - 
                                                    
4. With a knife or soft spatula, coat each side of the bread with a mixture of butter, then squeeze both sides. - 
                                                    
5. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake in an oven at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes. -

6. Spread out the foil and continue to bake for about 2 minutes. Make sure that the bread does not burn.
