Camembert has a very delicate structure that melts well at high temperatures and has a slight mushroom flavor. It's great and fast snack for friendly gatherings or just a snack. Instead of rosemary, you can add Italian or Provencal herbs, and replace the usual vegetable oil with olive oil.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making camembert with a baguette. - 
                                                    
2. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl, add dry rosemary and 3 cloves of chopped garlic cloves. Leave for 5-7 minutes to soak. -

3. Cut the camembert into squares, without reaching the bottom with a knife. In the cloves put the remaining chopped garlic. Grease the baking sheet with butter and spices, and put cheese in the middle. - 
                                                    
4. Cut the baguette into pieces and lay out around the cheese. Coat the baguette and cheese with rosemary and garlic oil. -
