For lovers of Beetroot salads, we offer a great salad, simple, hearty and tasty. And on the table it looks very impressive, so it will be suitable for any celebration. If you use a young little beetroot, it will boil in 30-40 minutes or you can cook it in advance. With ready beets, you will make a salad in 20 minutes. You can season the salad with mayonnaise or with sour cream, then it will be less greasy. I did not add salt, because it is abundant both in cucumbers, and in cheese, and in peas, and in mayonnaise.
