Homemade recipe for sweet almond butter. Nut butter I never buy in the store, because mine is always tastier, and you are absolutely sure of the composition. Read on how to make almond paste. If your mixer is not powerful enough, take breaks of 5-10 minutes when grinding. This will avoid overheating of the mixer. You can also add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil with a neutral smell to make it easier to grind the nuts. Choose the amount of sugar to your taste. Most often I put 50-60 grams, the paste is moderately sweet. If you want a dietary option, you can add sweetener. With this almond paste, desserts can be made, spread on fresh toast or eaten with fruit. Very tasty, sweet and healthy!

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Put the almonds on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
